THE TEAM EFFECTIVENESS ASSESSMENT PROCESS
THE T.E.A. SURVEY CONTAINS THREE PARTS:
PART I: Teams are evaluated based on 85 critical behaviors that exist in an ideal team. The 85 behaviors comprise 12Team Effectiveness Dimensions: Communication, Conflict, Intergroup Relations, Learning, Meetings, Member Relationships, Problem Solving, Performance Management, Purpose, Recognition, Support, and Structure.
PART II: Each evaluator is asked to identify the 10 behaviors that he/she believes are the most essential for an “ideal team.” This provides insight into what each team member values.
