The 360° Personal Performance Assessment was created by Stewart Systems, Inc. to assist people and organizations to improve their overall effectiveness. This dynamic product has been continuously improved for over thirty years in serving thousands of leaders in nearly every industry and government agency.
The online 360° Personal Performance Assessment (PPA) provides detailed graphs, analysis, and explanation of you and your organization’s strengths and weaknesses.

This comprehensive assessment provides participants with critical information on how their leadership and professional behaviors are perceived by themselves, their peers, bosses, customers, and direct reports. Participants are evaluated on 96 essential behaviors and 21 Leadership Dimensions. The assessment takes 15-25 minutes to complete. Written comments and personalized coaching tips are also offered to help the individual enhance existing strengths and develop shortcomings. The participant can then create the included Personal Development Plan to translate the feedback into action. One-on- one coaching can also be provided.The whole 360° Personal Performance Assessment usually
takes 2-3 weeks.Feedback surveys are completed online, or in booklet form, by participants, their bosses, 3-15 direct reports, 3-12 peers, and 1-5 internal or external customers. All surveys are then processed and analyzed, providing over 75 pages of useful and detailed data.
